Riding with Similar Skill Levels: We strive to group riders with similar abilities to enhance your riding experience. Whether you're a seasoned rider with a license or just starting with your learner's permit, we ensure a tailored and enjoyable experience.

Trail Conditions: Trail conditions vary, and we select trails based on your preferences. In the dry season, expect dusty tracks, while the wet season brings muddy terrains. Our goal is to take you on trails we believe you'll find enjoyable.

Safety First: Your safety is our top priority. We work closely with NT WorkSafe Small Business Safety Program advisers, ensuring meticulous safety protocols. Our guides, equipped with communication devices and first aid training, prioritize your well-being. If conditions change significantly, we adapt routes for a safer experience.

Pacing the Ride: The pace of the ride is entirely up to you. We're here to make your day memorable, adjusting the speed as needed. Whether you prefer a thrilling adventure or a more leisurely ride, your satisfaction is our priority.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel within 7 days of your tour, a 25% cancellation fee applies. We appreciate early notice and will work with you to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Responsibility for the Bike: While you are responsible for the bike, we understand that minor scuffs and scratches are inevitable when riding through the bush. We won't charge for reasonable wear and tear. However, if reckless riding causes substantial damage, we may seek reimbursement, capped at $3,000.

Bike Rentals: Yes, we offer bike rentals for our guided tours. Unfortunately, we don't provide bikes for independent rides.

Tour Starting Points: Our tours commence from various locations, including Darwin city, our HQ in the Darwin rural area, or remote bush locations. We also offer hotel pick-up within an hour from Darwin at no extra cost.
