The course will broadly comprise a series of short theory sessions followed by practical skill sessions.

We will be assessing you all day and will endeavour to push your skills only where we feel you are safe to be pushed. But we need your help. Please do not feel any pressure at any time to ride outside of your ability. Please do not practice any skills that cause you to feel unsafe, and please ride at a safe speed at all times. There will be an opportunity to push your skills, but you must do so in a safe manner.
